Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance and tracking. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx International, depending on destination. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. All shipments include tracking and insurance. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $500 within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@marianovich.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
