Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. You'll receive an email when your shipment is on its way.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We ship within the United States using tracked services, with shipping insurance added based on order value. The available methods and transit estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.

International shipping

We ship internationally to most countries using tracked services, with shipping insurance added based on order value. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. Customs duties, import taxes, and any brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are charged on delivery, not at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, the selected service, and the value being shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Return window

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for US orders, or within 30 days of delivery for international orders. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and any included documentation. Each product page lists the gemstone's measurements, dimensions, and weight as they are; please review these carefully before ordering.

How to start a return

Open the contact form at marianovich.com/support and select the "Return or exchange" topic. Include your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method; depending on your bank it typically posts within 5–10 business days. Original and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for standard returns. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially misrepresented, we refund the full amount you paid (including original shipping) and cover return shipping at no cost to you.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery through the contact form at marianovich.com/support and select the "Damaged or wrong item" topic. We'll reply by email and arrange a replacement or full refund — including original and return shipping — at no cost to you.

Authenticity

Natural-gemstone guarantee

We sell only natural gemstones — we do not sell synthetic, lab-grown, or simulant material. Where available, each gemstone is accompanied by a report from a recognized gemological laboratory (GIA, IGI, AGA, GRS, or equivalent). If you receive a gemstone that is materially misrepresented from how it was described at sale — including its identity as a natural gemstone — you may return it for a full refund of the amount you paid us, including original and return shipping.
