By visiting marianovich.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to place an order with us.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation and capture payment. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failures, or stock unavailability — and any authorization on your card is released.

Prices on the Site are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We work to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors can happen. If an item's correct price is higher than the price shown when you ordered, we will contact you before processing the order so you can confirm or cancel.

Card payments are authorized at checkout and captured by us shortly after we confirm your order. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Title to the gemstone passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Risk of loss during transit is covered by the shipping arrangement we make; if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us through the support form and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. We sell only natural gemstones. Where available, each gemstone is accompanied by a report from a recognized gemological laboratory (GIA, IGI, AGL, GRS, or equivalent). If you receive a gemstone that is materially misrepresented from how it was described at sale, you may return it under the terms of our Shipping & Returns policy.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, video, logos, and the Marianovich Gems name — is owned by Marianovich Gems Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Except for the written authenticity guarantee described above, the Site and the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marianovich Gems Inc.'s total liability arising out of or relating to any order, the Site, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Marianovich Gems Inc. harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any order will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shown on this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
